You can enjoy this super shower every day or just as and when is needed. It is simply a fun technique that you can adapt to suit specific needs like being witty, funny, sharp, compassionate; grateful ... it’s your mix!
Because every time you step into the shower you can choose to access and anchor the most helpful state for your day ahead.
Bonus Tip:
*For anyone having difficulty accessing a useful memory/state, a great tip is to imagine being someone else! As you think of particular characteristics you admire (say the humour of Billy Connelly or the inner calm of Nelson Mandela) you can ‘borrow’ from them for your own confidence shower. I mean how would you be standing if you were that person? What would you move, look, talk, sound and feel like borrowing certain characteristics from someone you admire? Keep what you find useful and discard the rest!
